Our mission is to spread the game of lacrosse throughout the entire Midwest and onto areas of the country where lacrosse has not been fully embraced. We understand that lacrosse is a lifestyle not a hobby and we value the dedication required to excel in this sport.

True Lacrosse Ohio is pleased to announce its 2012 coaching staff:
- Joe Venturella - Lynchburg '99 (2010 Assistant Coach of the Year – SW Ohio)
- Alex Young - Vermont '09 (Captain '09)
- Joe Fedders - Lynchburg '01 (starting attackman as a freshman)
- Jeff Bumiller - Head Coach of NCAA DIII College of Mount St. Joseph
- Mike Riggall - Potsdam State '05 (Captain '05)
- Anderson Morgan - Mount St. Joseph '12 (MLC Player of the Year '11)
- Sean Finegan - Delaware '12 (2011 Div. 1 Tournament, 3rd on team in scoring)
- Andrew Newbold - Sacred Heart '14 (2010 US Lacrosse HS All-American)
- Zach Gagel - OWU '00 (NCAC Player of the Year '00/former MLL & NLL pro)
- Will McClanahan – Mount St. Joseph (2010 MLC Co-Rookie of the Year)
Our staff is comprised of all current or former NCAA lacrosse players, former MLL & NLL players, and current high school & college coaches. Some awards and honors that members of our staff have received include: HS and NCAA All-American, all-conference teams, all-state & all-region recognition, and coach-of-the-year awards. More coaches will be announced in the near future.
